Returns/Refunds

Returns will be accepted for 60 days after date of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping, which is often much higher than the flat fee charged on our site. Return shipping shall be paid for by the buyer. A refund will be processed once the product(s) are received in an unused, resellable condition.

Most of the products we sell are heavy steel and if not properly packed for shipping will cause damage to everything in the box and the box as well. Please use proper packing material to avoid issues with damaged finish or threads. Steel brackets or hardware left loose in the box for shipping will come in damaged and a full refund will not be offered.

Sales for all custom fabricated items are final.
